There should be more info on your global cooldown

There should be a stat under the new Enhancements tab that says what your global cooldown is

abilities that have their global cooldown modified by haste or whatever should state their GCD in their tooltip or somewhere

for example: 'Stormstrike - deals 12876198 dmg to the target. This ability has a 1.14 second global cooldown'.

It would just state the current GCD of the ability at the end of the tooltip, accounting for haste and w/e else.

I'm playing a lot of ret and enhancement and I find myself wondering about my GCD so I was surprised to not find any in-game info on what it is.
